# Relationship: Ops Command Center

> Ops Command Center as a read-only consumer of Fleet Manager.

## What flows

A GCP-hosted aggregation view reading organisations, sites, locations, racks, [devices](../start-here/glossary#node), device conditions,
topology groups, jobs, job device status and test executions. Read scopes only.

## What breaks if this changes

Same as any read-only consumer: status enums, condition kinds and topology group types are its contract.

## Enforcement

* **Principal:** `ops-command-center`.
* **Mechanism:** FM OAuth client (private-key JWT) in the hub chart roster; the chart issues its cert-manager
  certificate and copies the certificate and key to [1Password](../start-here/glossary#1password).
* Hub roster client `ops-command-center` in `deployment/charts/hub/values.yaml`.

## Gaps

* No pact or contract test; no named owner; repository has no `CODEOWNERS`.
