List requirement verdict columns
Requirement columns for one target kind’s acceptance gate.
The headers half of the verdict table. They come straight off the site’s burn-in policy rather than off any device state, so this read skips the candidate-set resolution, the device inventory and the projection query the rows half needs — and they are identical on every page of it.
